If the LED is on, you're good. If it's faded, blinking, or off, there's a short. • The Smoke Stopper uses a Resettable fuse (PPTC) and high-quality Amass XT60 connectors. • Be sure to check out our tools & building supplies! This is a great tool for quad owners, but we recommend using it with a multimeter to double-check for shorts and keep your precious quad safe. It's not a 100% foolproof protection, but it's great against soldering shorts. Don't rely on it alone - double-check wiring and use a multimeter too.

Usage: - Plug the Smoke Stopper between the battery and your quad. - Green LED on means everything's okay. - Green LED dim or blinking means the fuse has tripped. - Green LED off means there's a short. To reset, unplug for 10 seconds. This Smoke Stopper is designed for quad enthusiasts. It's suitable for quads with 1 - 5s capability (24v Max).
