The E-flite UMX P-51D Voodoo Bind-and-Fly Basic Electric Airplane pays homage to the renowned race plane. The P-51D-25-NA, built in 1944 by North American Aviation, has a rich history. After a crash in 1977, it was restored and renamed Voodoo, winning in the Reno Air Races and now part of a museum collection.
This UMX-sized Voodoo features a durable EPS foam airframe. With a 2S LiPo, it offers moderate performance and great flight characteristics. Switch to a 3S (3S 300mAh), and you'll experience blistering speed and unlimited vertical performance! The landing gear can be removed for even more speed.
It comes with a control unit/flight controller that includes an ESC and Spektrum receiver, providing real-time flight battery voltage telemetry to compatible Spektrum AirWare-equipped transmitters.
